Hot dipped galvanized steel sheet & coil is made of carbon steel coated in zinc utilizing the hot-dip process. The end result of this process is a layer of zinc on each side of the steel sheet or coil that is tightly adhered to the steel through the formation of an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer. This bonding layer is formed by a diffusion process while the heated steel is in contact with molten zinc. 
After the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is pulled out of the zinc pot, the appearance of the crystal grains formed as the zinc layer cools and solidifies is called spangles.  The size, brightness and surface morphology of spangles depend on a series of factors, but they are mainly related to the composition of the zinc layer and the cooling method. Galvanized steel coil has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.

Packing and shipping

The sheets is packed with PVC film or water-proof kraft in the first layer, the second layer is
iron sheet package, then wrapped on the metal pallet or metal square tube with steel strip.
It's is water-proof and sea-worthy, and warmly welcomed by the customers.
