Our basic material is cold-rolled quality plate. Our molten steel is pure and stable after vacuum treatment. The base material covers hot galvanized steel plate, zinc iron alloy plate, hot-dip aluminum-zinc plate and hot-dip zinc-aluminum plate. The coatings used are with world famous brands, including those common things like polyester, silicone modified polyester, kynoar polyvinylidene fluoroethylene resin, PVC, acryl resin, polyurethane and epoxy resin. Hundreds of colors and various surface effects can be made per request, such as metal mold, jewelry mold, grain mold, printing and dyeing mold as well as embossing mold. In this way, it will be more stereo with a sense of reality. Customers can choose any color and glossiness according to our color card and test plate per their purpose of use. We provide a protective film to increase the scratch resistance and abrasion resistance of the surface.Galvanized steel is to prevent the steel plate surface from corrosion to extend its service life, in the steel plate surface coated with a layer of metal zinc, the zinc coated steel plate are called galvanized sheet.
According to the production and processing methods can be divided into the 
1) hot dip galvanized steel. Thin plate in melting zinc bath, make its surface adhesion of a layer of zinc sheet. At present mainly adopts continuous galvanizing process, namely the continuous roll of steel plate in the melt zinc plating tank made of galvanized steel sheet;
(2) the alloying of galvanized steel. This kind of steel plate is made by hot dip method, but after the slot, immediately heated to a temperature of about 500 ℃, it make the generation of zinc and iron alloy membrane. This kind of galvanized sheet with good coating of sex and weldability;

Packing and shipping

1 ,Generally package:Antiwater paper+strapped with min three strapping strips.
2, Standard exporting package. Anti-water paper and plastic+covered by iron sheet+ strapped with min three strapping strips.
3,Excellent package: Anti-water paper and plastic film+ covered by iron sheet+ strapped with min three strapping strips+fixed on the iron or wooden pallets by strapping strips.
